Sorry about my recent Blogging Hiatus.
I have had such a busy time the last few weeks. My son, Ryan had several Dr. appointments with his specialist, and my Brother came to see us for a whole week! It was so nice to spend the time with him. He lives in Texas and we usually only see him once a year. I am excited that I will get to see him again in a few weeks for Thanksgiving. I can't believe that it is that time of year again already!
I am so excited to share my Meatball recipe with you today! My sister-in-law gave me the recipe ans we just love them! I fix them at least once a month and make them in bulk so I can freeze them for those nights when I don't feel like making anything. It is nice to have them on hand.
What you will need for the meatballs:
Combine all ingredients (mixture will be soft)
Shape into walnut sized balls. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze until solid. Put into freezer bags and keep frozen until ready to use.
What you will need for the sauce:
Combine all ingredients.
Place frozen meatballs in 13x9 pan. Pour sauce over meatballs and Bake at 350° for 1 hr.
My kids request these and love to eat them. I love to find things that they love to eat so I can fix them often for them.
I hope you enjoy!
